Chung Seng graduated from the University of Wales, Cardiff, in 1999. He started his practice in the firm when he was admitted as advocate and solicitor of the High Court of Malaya in 2001.
Chung Seng’s primary area of practice is in banking, corporate and commercial dispute resolution and litigation.
He has extensive experience in disputes resolution in respect of companies insolvency, enforcement of debt instruments, land law and recovery of banking facilities, including syndicated loans. He also advises and represents financial institutions, receivers and managers and liquidators in respect of recovery, repossession and disposal of collaterals such as aircrafts, lands, and plant and machinery.
