  • We have implemented a debt restructuring scheme under section 176 of the Malaysian Companies Act 1965 in respect of 2 syndicated term loan of RM700 million and US$240 million respectively.
  • We have advised credit facilities amounting to RM76 million granted to YPJ Palm International Sdn Bhd for the development and construction of a biodiesel conversion plant and the purchase of machinery, equipment and raw material. The matter was completed in 6 months.
  • We have advised on credit facilities amounting to approximately RM162 million granted to CHH Pacific Paper. The matter was completed in 12 months.
  • We are advising on the development and drafting of new financing product documents for purchase of overseas assets.
  • We have advised on the establishment of a joint venture with Dubai Islamic Investment Group and ACR Capital Holdings Pte Ltd to be the largest ReTakaful operator in the Middle East and North Afrika (MENA) and Asian region.
  • We have advised on a syndicated term loan facility of up to an aggregate of USD106 million (PHP5 billion) and a Foreign Exchange Contract line of up to an aggregate of USD106 million grated to South Luzon Tollway Corporation. The syndicated term loan facility was used to partially finance the construction, rehabilitation, expansion, operation and maintenance of the South Luzon Expressway in the Philippines pursuant to the Supplement Toll Operation Agreement made between South Luzon Tollway Corporation, the Philippine National Construction Corporation, the Philippines (by and through the Toll Regulatory Board) and Manila Toll Expressway Systems, Inc.
