Pro Bono Advice
In line with Lee Hishammuddin Allen & Gledhill’s community program we extend the skills of our lawyers to help children, disadvantaged individuals and non-profit organizations by providing pro bono legal advice & services.

Our goal is to help focus and strengthen the Firm’s commitment to the community and public interest by actively encouraging our lawyers to provide legal services pro bono, especially to those unable to pay for those services or persons, groups or non-governmental organizations of limited means.
Pro bono legal services include the following:

Areas where Lee Hishammuddin Allen & Gledhill will provide pro bono services include:

- Human Rights and Fundamental Liberties under the Constitution
- Migrant workers
- Disable persons
- Aboriginal rights
The Firm’s special concern will be directed at cases where the existing pro bono efforts of the Bar or other agencies and NGOs do not provide adequate assistance and also where the demand for the Firm’s pro bono services are compelling. The Firm will therefore give priority to and focus on the rights of the aboriginal people of West Malaysia who have been left far behind in socio-economic development and are amongst the poorest of the nations’ poor.
