CK Lung is a litigator with experience in various contentious matters involving domestic and international arbitration, corporate, commercial and securities. He has appeared at all tiers of the Courts, and now specialises in intellectual property litigation. His primary focus is on contentious intellectual property matters such as trademark, patent, industrial design and copyright infringements, as well as breach of confidence and trade secrets. He also advises clients on intellectual properties rights and enforcement.
He is a regular contributor of the Malaysian Civil Procedure (2015 & 2018 Editions) and is also a co-asuthor of the Law and Practice of Corporate Insolvency in Malaysia (2019).
CK Lung read law at Cardiff University, UK and is a member of the Honourable Society of Lincoln’s Inn. He also holds a degree in Professional Accountancy (RMIT University, Australia) and a Master of Laws (Cardiff University). He was called to the Bar of England and Wales in 2013 and admitted as an Advocate & Solicitor of the High Court of Malaya in September 2014.
