Seminar on ‘Mergers & Acquisition Practice in the ASEAN+6 Region’, Sydney
Raphael Tay Choon Tien, a partner with the FinTech Practice Group at Lee Hishammuddin Allen & Gledhill, heads for Sydney, Australia next month, where he will lead a two-hour seminar organised by the College of Law.
On Monday, 18 March, he will take participants through the trends and key factors that influence cross-border merger and acquisitions, the various types of M&A transactions along with country-specific nuances and local practices essential for successful deal planning in the ASEAN+6 region. He will also cover the key aspects of drafting and negotiating a sale and purchase agreement and the typical structures of such agreements.
Raphael also serves as the non-executive director of the college’s ASEAN+6 LLM programme.
