• Represented Bank Islam Malaysia Berhad at the Federal Court to pose questions of law in relation to the test to be applied / adopted by employers when faced with a complaint of sexual harassment.
• Defended Lembaga Tabung Haji at the Court of Appeal in relation to the claim of gratuity payments by former employees who had resigned through early retirement scheme.
• Represented UMW Toyota Motor Sdn Bhd at the High Court to challenge the Minister of Human Resource’s decision on the status or capacity of Sales Advisors under section 9 of the Industrial Relations Act 1967 in relation to their exposure the employer’s confidential information.
• Represented Westports Malaysia Sdn Bhd at the Industrial Court in a trade dispute under section 26 of the Industrial Relations Act 1967 in relation to the issue of locus standi of the Union to represent the workers.
