As a litigator with a broad corporate, commercial (including automotive) and securities litigation practice, Shan has notable experience in advising and acting as counsel in cases involving breach of directors’ duties, shareholders’ disputes, securities litigation involving stock market manipulation and insider trading, contractual disputes, and negligence lawsuits. He also has experience in international and domestic commercial arbitration. He frequently appears in cases before the High Court and the appellate courts in Malaysia.
